Nick Jonas is putting his home on the market just one year after he bought it. After paying $3.2 million, Jonas has listed the 1938 Mediterranean-style home for $3.6 million. The 7,070 square foot home is above Sunset, and features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and guest house, and a pool. See pictures of the property at Curbed.
